My Visit to Anne McGilvray and Company

A  few months ago, I was invited out to visit the Anne McGilvray and Company Showroom here in Dallas, Texas.  I never knew such a place existed for us junkies, and needless to say, I had an awesome time! If I had to sum up the showroom in just a few words, aside from awesome and fabulous, I think the best description would be  a Toys R Us for office supply addicts! While the owner, Anne McGilvray, jokingly says they “don’t sell anything that anyone would ever need”, I beg to differ. The showroom features something for everyone.

While I headed to the showroom expecting to see the usual supplies, I must admit I was struck by the wide range of novelties, candies, and retro items that were on display. They truly had a full display of items. I mean as far as my eyes could see, there were  product lines including every type of pen, paper, bag, candy, book, gadget, and more that I could imagine. It was love at first sight!

I want to send a belated, yet special thanks to my lovely and hospitable tour guide, Sherri Duree, who was so kind and thorough in her tour with me. I really appreciated your time and attention.

I picked up these cute Blue Q zipper pouches and coin purses

Knock Knock always offers just what you were thinking!!!

I love Momiji. All of their collections are cute, colorful, and collectable.

I really like International Arrival’s Uno Journals, pencil bags, and pouches. They’re fashionable and fun!

Vandor’s Wizard of Oz Collection

I love these novelty gums. And they don’t taste too bad either.

Retro 51 makes awesome pens and they’re another local company I really enjoy!

Vandor’s Betty Book collection is too cute for words!
